He is a visionary leader with engineering experience of around 60 years, retired from Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (H.A.L) a central government of India initiative, as a highly skilled employee. He has vast experience in various materials and processes and was a successful entrepreneur after his retirement, he worked in the field of packaged drinking water and corrugated packaging paper industries, where his knowledge of PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate glycol) gave birth to innovative plastics in dental field. He engineered the PETG, TPU and EVA to be successfully worked in a dental aligner plastic which is now being exported in 45 countries across the globe. He acts as a problem solver in many fields of medico-engineering application. He is spiritually and socially active member of International Society for Krishna Consciousness.

A master's degree holder in Engineering and a perusing PhD student has a vast experience in engineering specifically in design, manufacturing and production planning and control. He has a long-term experience in teaching various engineering subjects in India’s top Universities and Colleges. He is one of the few researchers who became a successful entrepreneur. He holds quite a few patents applications in his name in the fields of Energy Curing and innovative plastics. He specialises in engineering optimisation and his research papers namely Scaled Productive Ranking method and SCI model of Decision making are a few to name, have been appreciated worldwide for innovative optimisation theories.
